When you use the Platform, you may provide the following categories of information:

  • Analysis Configuration Data: Facility identifiers, site names, technical parameters, operational metrics, and other data center specifications you enter when configuring analysis requests.
  • Uploaded Documents: Files you upload to the deep analysis workspace (PDF, CSV, XLSX, TXT), which may contain operational data, telemetry records, or other business information.
  • Analysis Prompts: Text prompts and queries you submit to the deep analysis engine or decision agent.
  • Contact Information: Name, email address, organization name, and message content when you use our contact form or request a free trial audit.

When you access the Platform, certain technical information is collected automatically:

  • Device and Browser Information: Browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and language preferences.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, interaction patterns, timestamps, referring URLs, and session duration.
  • Network Information: IP address (which may be anonymized or truncated for analytics purposes) and general geographic location derived from IP address.
  • Performance Data: Page load times, error logs, and diagnostic information used to maintain service reliability.

2.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. These include essential cookies required for Platform functionality and analytics cookies used to understand usage patterns.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process information for the following specific purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To generate analysis requests, process deep analysis jobs, deliver decision agent responses, and provide the core functionality of the Platform.
  • Local Storage Management: To maintain your analysis history, preferences, and session state in your browser's local storage.
  • Platform Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, identify technical issues, optimize performance, and improve the user experience.
  • Communication: To respond to your inquiries, provide requested information, and send service-related notifications.
  • Security and Integrity: To detect, prevent, and address fraud, unauthorized access, and other harmful activities.
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect our legal rights.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal information on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of Service: Processing necessary to provide the Services you have requested.
  • Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for our legitimate interests in operating, maintaining, and improving the Platform, provided such interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.
  • Consent: Where you have provided explicit consent for specific processing activities, such as analytics cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal Obligation: Processing necessary to comply with applicable legal requirements.

5. Data Storage and Retention

The Platform primarily uses local browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) to maintain your analysis history, preferences, and session data. This means:

  • The majority of your interaction data remains on your device and under your direct control.
  • Clearing your browser data will permanently remove locally stored information.
  • Locally stored data is not synchronized across devices or browsers.

For the deep analysis workspace, documents you upload and analysis jobs you initiate are processed through external API services. Data transmitted to these services is subject to the retention policies of those service providers. We do not maintain independent server-side databases of user-generated analysis requests or personal information beyond what is necessary for active session processing.

Contact form submissions are retained for the period necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes, not to exceed twenty-four (24) months.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Information may be shared in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We share data with third-party service providers who assist in Platform operation, including API processing services for deep analysis functionality and analytics providers. These providers are contractually obligated to process data only as instructed and to implement appropriate security measures.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
